i am 5'3'' i weigh approximately 210 pound and i am on 20 mg of celexa and and 1.5 mg xanax a day for my anxiety. are there any safe diets or diet pills that i can take with these medication i am on and not have any sever side affects as i take them

i have been trying to diet for many years. i am 24 and to be honest i dont like many of the said "healthy" foods, i hate when i see a diet that i think i can do and then i see that i have to eat things i dont like (peppers,onions,...most veggies) i do like fish, chicken, turkey, most fruits, nuts, cereal. oatmeal. BUT i also like potatoes and pasta pizza and burgers..any suggestions on a diet that will take the kinds of food I LIKE and work it into a plan for me??

Can someone explain the calorie deficit to me. You need to burn more calories than you take in...I've got that part...but how do you keep a balance between that and consuming enough calories to work out for a couple of hours a day? HELP!!!!!!!
